from "Fanfare for trumpets, timpani, violins, and oboes" by Jean-Joseph Mouret 1682-1738, the first of his two Suites de symphonies (1729)

Mouret is hardly a household name these days: he wrote operas in Paris in the first half of the eighteenth century. The word Rondeau means that the main theme returns after other episodes of different material.
